Health Product Wholesaler Warehouse Count
A health product wholesaler that opened in 2016, and is situated on the south side of Dublin, Ireland, required the support of RGIS. The wholesaler provides pharmacy products, integrative and aesthetic medicines, and treatments from the Dublin headquartered wholesale premises.
REQUIREMENT
The health product wholesaler required a complete wall-to-wall warehouse count out of hours, to update the stock file, so required RGIS to provide the following:
- A wall-to wall warehouse count
- Complete the count out of hours, so not to disrupt the business
- To allow the wholesaler to provide spot checks in real-time
- Reporting that could be uploaded to the customers system
SOLUTION
The health product wholesaler partnered with RGIS to complete the wholesale warehouse project, and RGIS provided the following:
- Scheduled a team of two experienced RGIS auditors
- Accurately checked and counted stock, bay-by-bay
- The wholesaler completed 10% spot checks
RESULTS
The health product wholesaler found that by outsourcing the wholesale warehouse project to RGIS, the following results were achieved:
- A total of 20,000 items counted
- Warehouse count was completed out of hours
- The data reported was in the format requested and was uploaded straight into the customer’s system
- The complete stock file was updated immediately
