condition of the parts in stock
- Where the parts were
located
- To cover multiple military and third party secure locations
SOLUTION
The aerospace company partnered with RGIS to create the
custom reporting required:
- A
bespoke program was created to facilitate the many and varied streams of information required

Variance reports were generated in real time
- A rigid schedule to include all military and third party secure locations was put in place over a
tight time frame
- All locations were counted at the same time
RESULTS
The aerospace company found that by outsourcing the helicopter parts inventory project to RGIS, the customer was able to:
