International Women’s Day has been at the heart of RGIS’s social media activities for the past two weeks, celebrating the women who shape our organisation every day, both in the UK and across our global network.
Through a series of colleague profiles, we have highlighted their journeys and experiences, as well as the important role they play in delivering exceptional service.
Diverse Careers and Global Experience
From operations and account management to human resources and international leadership, the campaign showcased the talent and expertise of women across RGIS. Each story reflected a unique career path. Some colleagues began as auditors and progressed into senior roles, while others joined through acquisitions or international expansion, helping to grow RGIS across multiple markets.
A Shared Commitment to Excellence
Across all the stories, common themes included teamwork, resilience, and strong relationships. Whether supporting operational teams, managing key accounts, or shaping organisational cultures, these colleagues have played a vital role in driving RGIS forward.
Many also shared advice for women building their careers, highlighting the importance of confidence, continuous learning and supporting others.

The campaign also highlighted the depth of experience within RGIS. Several featured colleagues have spent decades with the business, helping to build high-performing teams and supporting long-term growth. Their knowledge and leadership are still influencing the next generation.
In Memory of Emma Parker
We dedicated this year’s campaign to Emma Parker, a beloved colleague who tragically passed away in January 2025.
Emma spent more than 20 years with RGIS, progressing from Auditor to Senior Training and Development Manager. She supported and developed colleagues across the business, leaving a lasting impression through her dedication, warmth, and commitment to people.
