HOW AND WHY DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Subject to applicable Data Protection Law, you may have the right to request access to your Personal Data, rectification of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data, erasure of your Personal Data by completing the relevant form, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to certain processing.
You can also ask us to remove personal information about you or limit its use.
Where applicable, we will also provide information regarding the identity and contact details of the relevant RGIS data controller, the legal basis for processing, the categories of recipients of Personal Data, applicable international transfers and safeguards, the relevant retention periods or criteria used to determine them, the source of Personal Data where it has not been obtained directly from you, and the existence of any automated decision-making or profiling, where applicable.
We will not charge you to access, update, amend or remove your personal information except if your requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character. In this case, we may either charge you a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the action requested or refuse to act on the request.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH?
In an ongoing effort to better understand our users, customers, we might analyse your personal information in aggregate and anonymised form in order to operate, maintain, manage, and improve our websites. This aggregate information does not identify you personally.

Sharing Personal Data within the RGIS Group
Personal Data may be accessed, shared or otherwise processed by other entities within the RGIS Group where this is necessary and proportionate for the operation, management, support, development or expansion of the Group’s business activities.
Where Personal Data is internally transferred to a RGIS entities that is not recognised as providing an adequate level of protection, RGIS will ensure that an appropriate transfer mechanism is in place, including, as applicable, an adequacy decision or adequacy regulations, the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, participation in a recognised data transfer framework, or any other lawful transfer mechanism recognised under applicable Data Protection Law.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We will will not retain or actively process such Personal Data for longer than is necessary for the relevant processing purpose, subject to any applicable statutory or professional retention period, even when the Data is shared between RGIS Group entities for legit purpose such as the development of the activity.
Where Personal Data is no longer required for the relevant processing purpose, or once the applicable legal or regulatory retention period has expired, access to such Personal Data will be disabled and the data will no longer be actively processed, except where further retention is required or permitted by applicable law.
REQUIREMENTS TO PROTECT CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
