RGIS is part of RGIS Group which includes RGIS International Holdings LLC, our parent company inthe United States.

What personal information do we collect?

Employment information

When you apply for a job, we require applicants to register and to provide us with basic contact information such as:

  • Name;
  • Gender;
  • Contact information including e-mail address;
  • Information relevant to recruitment processes.

We may also ask for additional information to assist us with our recruitment process and in the event you are offered a job.

You can decide not to provide certain information, or ask that any information you have previously shared is removed. If you do so, you may not be able to take full  advantage of a career at RGIS and progress an application.

Customer information

When you request information about our products and services, you may provide us with your:

  • Contact information including e-mail address;
  • Information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.

We use the personal information you share with us in the following ways:

We give you control over the personal information we collect about you, to ensure it is accurate and reflects your preferences.

If any of the information that you have provided to RGIS changes, you can update, amend or remove information by logging into your account, or ask us by submitting a request to privacy@rgis.com.

You have the right to access, update and amend personal information that we hold about you. You can also ask us to remove personal information about you or limit its use.

If you would like to access, update or amend your personal information or, if you would like us to remove personal information that we hold about you, or limit its use, please email privacy@rgis.com.

We will not charge you to access, update, amend or remove your personal information except if your requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character. In this case, we may either charge you a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the action requested or refuse to act on the request.

Who do we share your personal information with?

In an ongoing effort to better understand our users, customers, we might analyse your personal information in aggregate and anonymized form in order to operate, maintain, manage, and improve our websites. This aggregate information does not identify you personally.

We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, advertisers, and business partners. How do we protect your personal information?

We thus cannot guarantee the security of our databases or the databases of the third parties with which we may share such Information, nor can we guarantee that the Information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.

In case personal data is transferred in a country located outside the EEA, protection and security measures of the personal data are implemented as

Privacy Shield EU – U.S certification

RGIS take special care to be in compliance with Data Protection rules and regulations across Ireland and in Europe.

In view of the international nature of our business, some data may be processed outside Ireland. However, please rest assured that all personal data received from you to our parent company situated in the United States are subject to the rules and regulations established by the Privacy Shield of EU – US as approved by the department trade in the United States and the European Commission.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, RGIS is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, RGIS may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Standard contractual clauses

Whenever a transfer of your personal information outside the EEA occurs, it is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission in order to contractually provide that your personal information is subject to a level of data protection that applies within the EEA.

How long do we keep your personal information?

We only keep your personal information for as long as we need to, to be able to use it for the reasons given in this Privacy Policy, and for as long as we are required to keep it by law.

Requirements to Protect Children's Privacy

We do not intend for our websites or services to be used by anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have collected information about a child, please contact at privacy@rgis.com

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We will review and update this Privacy Policy when necessary and will note the date it was last updated below.
