A Caribbean restaurant and bar business was set up in 2010, and designed to recreate the spirit, the smiles and the magic of the Caribbean. The restaurant chain has over 40 outlets in the UK and employs around 1,500 staff. The current turnover stands at nearly £70 million. The restaurant chain also has two restaurants in Germany.
THE CHALLENGE
The restaurant chain needed a solution to verify drink stock levels within the restaurants on a monthly basis, so required RGIS to provide the following:
- Monthly audits
- Count all drinks in each restaurant
- Reporting to include full monetary value of the drinks department
