    The customer required the following:

    • Remove all stock from existing shelves
    • Understand planograms to put new shelves in place
    • Refilling the shelves with stock
    • Prepare stores ready for re-opening

    The beauty and hygiene retailer partnered with RGIS to complete the remodelling and restocking of renovated stores. RGIS carried out the following:

    • Experienced RGIS team removed all stock from existing shelving

    • All stock was put into a roll

    • Shelving was dismantled and removed

    • New shelving was installed

    • Stock was removed from the roll and placed onto new shelving

    • Planograms were used to ensure store compliance

    • All stock was checked to be front facing for the re-opening of the stores

    • All stock was on the correct shelves, ready for stores re-opening

    • The customer did not need to use existing staff members which removed overtime payments, and saved money
