THE CHALLENGE
The customer required RGIS to provide the following:
- Logistics centre experience
- Data to update the customer’s stock on hand file
- Count all of a customer’s stock within specific areas in the logistic centre
- Variance checks to be completed

Scheduled a team of 20 experienced RGIS auditors for nine days
The logistics company designated an area to count each day
No stock movements were allowed to occur in the specified area, until the count and checking was completed, and system updated with the new output file
Variance check was completed at count completion each day
