The company is also an industry leader in gasket manufacturing high performance gaskets for dirt bikes, ATV, UTV, snowmobiles, and PWCs. The company has more than 20 worldwide locations, a global manufacturer and distributor of OE components and aftermarket replacement parts.
THE CHALLENGE
The customer required RGIS to provide the following:
- Warehouse count to be completed within two days
- Accuracy was incredibly important
- Delivery area to be reported separately
- Reporting to be available immediately after completion of the warehouse count

Scheduled a team of 20 experienced RGIS auditors over two days
Mapped the warehouse
Identified the delivery in and out area including the picking zone
Two separate outputs were created to give reporting for both warehouse and the delivery area
Results
The piston manufacturer found by outsourcing the warehouse stock count project to RGIS, the following results were achieved:
A total of 100 pallets accurately counted
Warehouse count was completed within two days, as requested by the customer
Reporting was compiled and sent directly to the customer immediately after the completion of the warehouse count
