The customer required RGIS to provide the following:
The luggage manufacturer needed a stock count of all items in two warehouses to update the main stock on hand file.
The luggage manufacturer partnered with RGIS to complete the warehouse stock on hand project, and provided the following:
Scheduled 30 experienced RGIS auditors to cover both warehouses for one day
The luggage manufacturer sent a current SOH file to RGIS, so a variance report was produced and checks completed
All stock was counted and relevant bin locations were identified
RGIS checked all variances that were reported to ensure the counts were accurate, which was also reviewed by the customer
The customer’s staff signed off on the stock take before RGIS staff were permitted to leave each site
The luggage manufacturer found by outsourcing the warehouse stock on hand project to RGIS, the following results were achieved:
Both warehouses were counted and variance checked in one day
There were a total of 6,000 SKUs per site
220,000 units counted at each warehouse

An accurate electronic upload file was provided to load into the customer’s WMS system to update their SOH and bin locations.
