    The professional services network needed to count the liquidated stock within department stores, that had to close its operations, so required RGIS to provide the following:

    • Count a total of 11 department stores
    • Wall-to-wall counts of each department in all stores
    • Complete the project within a tight time frame
    • Reporting to include barcode and quantity
