THE CHALLENGE
The professional services network needed to count the liquidated stock within department stores, that had to close its operations, so required RGIS to provide the following:
- Count a total of 11 department stores
- Wall-to-wall counts of each department in all stores
- Complete the project within a tight time frame
- Reporting to include barcode and quantity
