RGIS, the market leader in inventory services, is pleased to announce significant updates concerning its Senior Leadership Team, which are intended to accelerate RGIS’s growth trajectory and solidify its position as a global market leader, with a particular focus on potential growth in the US. This strategic endeavour is designed to leverage strengths and capitalise on emerging market opportunities. By reallocating resources, optimising processes, and nurturing an innovative culture, RGIS is poised to uncover new avenues for growth and set elevated benchmarks for excellence.

After 17 years, Greg Schooneveldt, President of APAC, will retire from RGIS effective April 1, 2024. Jan Morlok, previously Director of Global Expansion, will assume his responsibilities. Greg will stay on as a Consultant to aid in the transition. Greg joined RGIS in December 2006 through the acquisition of Australian and New Zealand businesses, expanding APAC to include several countries under his leadership. As Greg embarks on this new chapter, we express gratitude for his dedication, professionalism, and leadership, which have shaped our organisational culture.

Jan Morlok will step into the role of President of APAC and LATAM from April 1, 2024. With extensive experience, Jan has played pivotal roles in our company’s growth, spearheading international expansion efforts. In his new position, Jan will oversee strategic planning, business development, and alignment with our company’s vision for APAC and LATAM markets.

Nicola Stevens is promoted to Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Process Improvement Team (PIT). Since joining RGIS in March 2005, Nicola has driven innovation and efficiency across our operations, leading to significant performance improvements worldwide. Her promotion reflects her outstanding achievements and leadership skills.

Neil Storey, who joined RGIS in February 2016 as Managing Director UK and ROI, will become Chief Revenue Officer from April 1, 2024. Under his guidance, the company has seen remarkable growth. In his new role, Neil will focus on global sales growth, marketing strategies, and setting organisational sales goals.

Kiran Soni, previously Operations Director UK & Ireland, is promoted to Managing Director for RGIS UK and Ireland. Since joining in December 2002, Kiran has demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership, leading successful initiatives like the Tesco onboarding. With his experience and vision, Kiran will drive continued success in the UK and Ireland operations.
