Osklen is a Brazilian lifestyle brand retailer which produces luxury clothing, footwear and accessories. The retailer has more than 80 stores and franchises across Brazil and also has stores in Italy, USA, Japan, Uruguay and Greece.
THE CHALLENGE
Osklen needed a solution to count both retail stores and warehouse with the same accuracy and transparency, so required RGIS to provide the following:
- Wall-to-wall warehouse count
- Count all stock in stores, including back rooms and shop fronts
- Accuracy to be a priority
- Consistent and transparent reporting for both warehouse and stores

Osklen found by outsourcing the store and warehouse complete inventory count project to RGIS, the following results were achieved:
Average of 2,000 inventory items accurately counted per store
200,000 inventory items were accurately counted within the warehouse
Variances checked and reported
The customer found that the cost of completing inventories was reduced
