- To count spare parts and components in two separate warehouses
- Accuracy and efficiency to be priority
- Not to impact on any of the daily operations within either warehouse

The security solutions company partnered with RGIS to complete the two warehouse stock count project, and RGIS provided the following:
Scheduled a team of 26 experienced RGIS auditors for two days
14 auditors for the Mexico City warehouse
12 auditors for the Guanajuato warehouse
Prepared each warehouse prior to the warehouse counts
Counted all items in each warehouse
Checks were completed on any variances in both warehouses
Results
The security solutions company found by outsourcing the two warehouse stock count project to RGIS, the following results were achieved:
Mexico City warehouse: counted and verified 2,136,465 pieces of stock
Guanajuato warehouse: counted and verified 854,586 pieces of stock
Reporting sent to the customer in the format requested for both warehouses
Customer was very happy with the efficiency and accuracy of both counts
