  • Assettrac configured their data capture software based on the information that the gym group wanted to capture and provided unique labels
  • RGIS scheduled a team of two experienced RGIS auditors per site, to label all the assets, assigning each item an asset tag number
  • All assets were labelled, scanned and information about the asset, including make, model, asset type, category, location and condition, were logged
  • The customer provided RGIS with a comprehensive set of procedures and teams used ‘google lens’ to identify assets where necessary
  • All information logged was sent up to a cloud asset portal in real-time for project management, data integrity and onward usage

RESULTS

The gym group found by outsourcing the mechanical and electrical asset verification project to RGIS, the following results were achieved:

  • All assets were accurately identified, tagged and recorded
  • Teams accurately logged a total of 19,000 assets across all 310 sites
