A logistics provider that offers a wide-ranging consulting service based on customer’s business strategy, to air, sea, and ground transport services, required the support of RGIS. The provider outsources in 21 countries with 400 locations globally.
REQUIREMENT
The logistics provider needed to outsource the services of experienced warehouse staff to support with picking and packing duties, so required RGIS to provide the following:
- Reliable auditors with warehouse experience
- Pick and packing duties
- Simple warehousing duties including:
- Keeping the warehouse clean
- Moving stock
- Checking pallets
- Adhering to all the strict warehouse health and safety rules
SOLUTION
The logistics provider partnered with RGIS to complete the warehouse staff support project, and provided the following:
- A team of experienced RGIS auditors worked closely with existing warehouse staff
- Knowledge in the understanding of KPI standards of the warehouse
