Pallet monthly audit services were required by a company specialising in pallet and container pooling services. Requirements
The pallet pooling service needed a pallet count and inspection audit to ensure pallets were in good condition and properly utilised. To achieve this, RGIS needed to:
- Conduct a minimum of 800 audits across stores and retail distribution centres each month.

- RGIS captured all data and uploaded it to the customer’s database.
