Remodelling After Store Renovation

Wholesale distributors and founders of one of the longest-running drugstore chains on the national territory. The products provided are in around 50 sales outlets with 11,000 different items available.

The beauty and hygiene retailer required an experienced company to remodel store layouts due to store renovations. The customer required the following:

  • Remove all stock from existing shelves
  • Understand planograms to put new shelves in place
  • Refilling the shelves with stock
  • Prepare stores ready for re-opening

The beauty and hygiene retailer partnered with RGIS to complete the remodelling and restocking of renovated stores. RGIS carried out the following:

  • Experienced RGIS team removed all stock from existing shelving
  • All stock was put into a roll
  • Shelving was dismantled and removed
  • New shelving was installed
  • Stock was removed from the roll and placed onto new shelving
  • Planograms were used to ensure store compliance
  • All stock was checked to be front facing for the re-opening of the stores

The beauty and hygiene retailer found that by outsourcing the remodelling project to RGIS, the following was achieved:

  • All stock was on the correct shelves, ready for stores re-opening
  • The customer did not need to use existing staff members which removed overtime payments, and saved money
  • The store was compliant with other stores due to use of the planogram
